Honey peel
This peel uses honey and Dead Sea salt to gently eliminate dead cells using an intense restructuring action. Calming, regenerating and protecting weakened and stressed tissues, this peel balances out the distribution of the melanin leaving our skin intensely hydrated, full of nutrients and feeling wonderfully silky.

Hydrated hands manicure
Our hands are often dehydrated and the fine cracking of the skin promotes even more moisture loss. With this consequent drying comes loss of elasticity and signs of early aging. The delicate Dead Sea salt peel and the chestnut honey wrap efficiently sooths and hydrates hands leaving hands soft, supple and intensely hydrated.

White gold
This fine grained gypsum is straight from the island of Ruegen in the North Sea, and is composed of 98% calcium with the remaining mineral nutrients consisting of magnesium, iron and phosphorus. Known and used for centuries by men and women of the island of Ruegen, whom are famous for their beauty, this ‘White Gold’ is known to rebalance the pH of the skin, cleanse deeply, detoxify, stimulate the oxygenation function facilitating natural elimination of fat, and improve your general state of wellness. Working like a sponge by absorbing toxins and draining away waste products from the skin, it also activates the lymphatic glands, stimulates renal activity and the tissues of the intestine. The skin becomes smooth, soft, very elastic, PH balanced and mineralized. Even skin suffering from psoriasis, neurodermatitis and acne will find relief. The treatment involves an initial scrub, the 40-minute wrap and a short massage to finish. The results are immediately visible.

Nordic walking
Nordic Walking is a natural and very effective way to improve the body’s overall physical condition and toning muscles throughout the body, regardless of your age or fitness level. There are three levels of Nordic Walking: Wellness, Fitness and Sport. They are in order of increasing intensity of effort, and the practiced exercises are adapted to suit ones own body condition: benefit from a quiet walk, to a good aerobic workout, to specific exercises developed for the more athletic.
Yoga
A lovely terrace gives way to an inspiring outdoor class. Calming exercise classes deeply rooted in Eastern traditions, which for millennia have identified and practiced harmonious movements closely related to careful breathing techniques, keeping the body healthy and agile. Our instructors are eager to carefully follow you as you discover your true wellness potential! Sun salutations, Mini Qigong, Yoga, visual work. All our courses are for beginners, who have always wanted to try ... but had no time ... or know how!
Aromatherapy Facial Cleansing
The cleansing of the face, with products exclusively natural and based on the care and the attention which we must have for the skin of our face, which like the hands, are the areas most exposed to the external agents that can “dirty” and damage our skin. To liberate the pores and eliminate the impurities means to let our skin breath, to stimulate the cell regeneration, and to make our skin fresher, more luminous and smoother. Your skin is now best prepared for further specific treatments.
Tea tree, lavender, ‘petit grain’ essential oils penetrate deeply, with an antibacterial action and regulate the production of sebum. The use of steam or vapour eases the opening of pores for extraction, a facial massage with draining technique improves circulation and helps the elimination of internal toxins; and what follows is a purifying aromatherapy mask to remove all impurities and leave skin clean and well detoxified. An application of a silk serum will leave the skin even more beautiful. To be even more enjoyable, this treatment may be preceded by a 30 minute back, neck and shoulder massage, stimulating the nervous system and rebalancing the flow of energy in your body, dissolving the tensions that focus particularly in this area.

Black mask
The luxurious Black Mask treatment is a ‘must do’ at our center. Over the years, this treatment has been truly perfected both in quality and vis a vis the all-natural products used. The principal objective of the black mask is to purify, reinforcing and repairing the epidermis in a natural way.
This new formula permits our expert esthetician, by way of the appropriate serum, to personalize, on the spot, the treatment based on the specific needs of each client: augment cell renewal or reduce hyper-pigmentation and the signs of acne, or, augment the level of hydration and cell reparation, or, even to plump up tissue and hence soften the look of wrinkles. For its powerful anti-inflammatory and reparation properties, this treatment is highly recommended for irritated and sensitive skin after micro dermabrasion, laser treatments or cosmetic surgery.
